chocolicious chocolate cupcakes

ingredients :

1. 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled 
2. 2 large eggs 
3. 1 cup butter milk 
4. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 
5. 1 and 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 
6. 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
7. 1 1/4 cups  brown sugar 
8. 1 teaspoon baking powder 
9. 1 teaspoon baking soda 
10. 1/2 teaspoon salt 
11. 1 cup milk or semisweet chocolate chips 

mix the dry with the wet 

chocolate fudge frosting (optional )

1. 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate chopped
2. 2/3 cup unsalted butter room temperature 
3. 1 and  1/3 cup powder sugar 
4. 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 

bake for 20 min
