These Easy and delicious energy bars!!! Are better than store bought!!!

2 1/2 cup dates
1stp salt
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup rice cereal
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 any dried fruit of your choice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups dark chocolate chopped
2 tbsp dark chocolate
